State of U.P. and 5 Others and Rule 105 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006. Counsel for the opposite parties have no objection if the application of the petitioners in this regard is considered. Let the same be considered by the opposite party No.2 and a decision be taken within four weeks after verifying as to who are the legal heirs/legal representatives of Late Hanuman and whether the petitioners are entitled to any such claim.
