Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite party No. 3 to enquire the matter regarding the date of death of Late Maiku in pursuance of the order dated 6.2.2025 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sidhauli, District-Sitapur in Case No. 377 of 2025 (Computerized No. T202510640500377) "Babu Lal Versus Registrar/Sachiv Singhpur" and issue death a certificate mentioning correct date of death of Babu Lal, in favour of the petitioner." 3. The order dated 06.02.2025 itself directs that a fresh order be passed in respect of the death certificate of the father of the petitioner after due verification. 4. In view of the directions already there, no further directions are required by this Court. However, it is directed that further steps in terms of the order dated 06.02.2025 shall be completed within a period of three months from today. 5. The present petition is disposed of.
