Sushma alias Sharma expeditiously within the stipulated time as provided by this Hon'ble court in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for early hearing and in case, if such an application is filed, the family court will endeavour to decide the matter expeditiously.
