Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for respondent-Bank. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the recovery certificate issued by the respondent- Bank under Section 11-A of the U.P. Agricultural Credit Act, 1973. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank, based upon the instructions, states that an amount of Rs.34,51,770/- is due and payable by the petitioner as on 20.03.2025. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner is ready to pay the said, however seeks sometime to repay the said amount. 5. In view thereof, it is directed that the recovery certificate shall not be proceeded against the petitioner, subject to the petitioner depositing an amount of Rs.4 lacs on or before 31st March, 2025. The balance amount of approximately Rs.30,00,000/- shall be paid by the petitioner in five quarterly installments of Rs.6,00,000/- each. The first installment shall be payable on 30th June, 2025, second on 30th September, 2025, third on 31st December, 2025, fourth on 31st March, 2026 and last installment on 30th June, 2026. The last installment shall include the overdue interests. 6. The respondent-bank shall also provide the statement of the account to the petitioner after he deposits an amount of Rs.4 lacs. 7. In the event of failure to pay of any installment as indicated, the respondent-Bank would be at liberty to recover the amount in accordance with law. 8.
