2. This interlocutory application, under Order 6 Rule 17 read with Section 151 of the CPC, is preferred by the applicant for amended memo of appeal in the Rera Appeal No. 04/2025.
3. Mr. Das, learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the memo of appeal of Rera Appeal No. 04/2025 he has incorporated the suggested the substantial questions of law after the certificate enclosed therein. But, the same ought to have been before the certificate and therefore, he submits that he may be allowed to make necessary correction in the memo of appeal.
4. On the other hand, Mr. Shome, learned counsel for the opposite party submits that he has no objection.
5. Taking note of the submissions of learned counsel for both the parties, this interlocutory application stands allowed.
6. Accordingly, Mr. Das, learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to make necessary correction and he shall file amended memo of appeal within a week from today.
