However, without conducting proper investigation the case is still pending. Hence, this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No. 398 of 2024 for the offence punishable under Sections 417,420,465,468,471 of IPC. The investigation is in progress.
