ORDER 12.11.2025
The present writ petition has been filed to challenge the interim order dated 28.08.2024 passed in OA No. 937/2024, titled <Dr. Lekha Nagar vs. Higher Education Department=, whereby the Tribunal directed the respondents to allow the applicants to continue in service against the vacancies, and further restrained the respondents from making any fresh selection and engagement against the said vacancies. Aggrieved by the interim order, the petitioners have approached this Court. During the pendency of this petition, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the original application has been finally decided by the Tribunal vide order dated 25.02.2025.
In view of the above, as the petition stands finally disposed of, this petition has become infructuous and is, accordingly, dismissed.
