In view of order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to the private- respondent(s), if any, is hereby dispensed with. The instant petition has been preferred seeking following main relief:- "Issue an order or direction to the respondent no.01 to decide the proceeding U/s- 12 U.P. Consolidation and Holdings Act, bearing case no. 202254047150050046, Shiv Ram Tiwari and another Vs Ramesh Kumar which is pending since 26.08.2021 within the time specified by this Hon'ble Court." Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case and also period of pendency of the case in issue, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Authority concerned to consider and decide the case in issue most expeditiously after affording full opportunity of hearing to the parties to the litigation and without granting unnecessary adjournment to either party, say within a period of six months from the next date fixed in the case, if there is no other legal impediment in this regard. It is made clear that the Court has not examined the case of either party on merits and the Authority concerned shall be free to decide the matter strictly in accordance with law.
