Also heard Mr. K. K. Page No.# 2/3 Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. 2. This application has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying for grant of regular bail to the petitioners Ainul Hussain and Choto @ Satto Sahani, who were arrested in connection with Bhangagarh P.S. Case No.83/2025. 3. Both the petitioners were arrested while they were gambling cash amounting to Rs.1,475/- and some articles relating to Teer games were recovered from them. 4. The petitioners were in custody from almost 11 days. 5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has objected to this bail application on the ground that articles relating to Prohibited Acts were recovered from them. 6. I have considered the submissions made by learned counsel for both the sides. 7. Considering the period of detention undergone and also considering the circumstances for which they were arrested, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioners does not deserves to detained in custody for the further period of time. 8. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioners is allowed. 9. The petitioners, Ainul Hussain and Choto @ Satto Sahani, who were arrest in connection with Bhangagarh P.S. Case No.83/2025 shall be released on bail of Rs.25,000/- each with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kamrup (Metro), Guwahati, Assam. Page No.# 3/3 10. With the aforesaid direction, the bail application stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
