The present petition has been filed by the petitioners challenging an order dated 31.01.2025 whereby the injunction application was rejected. 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has an equal efficacious remedy of filing a misc. appeal under Order 43, no writ as prayed can be issued. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to avail the remedy as may be available under law. 4. The petition is disposed of in terms of the above.
