The present petition has been filed for the following relief: "(i) To direct the Civil Judge, (J.D), Mahmoodabad, Sitapur to decide the pending Civil Suit No. 373 of 2021 "Mohd. Jameel Vs Sonu & Others" filed by petitioner pending before him since 05.10.2021 expeditiously within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. A copy of the Civil Suit is being filed herewith as Annexure No. 1 to this Petition." 3. Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for early hearing before the Court concerned which shall be considered in accordance with law.
