Learned Standing counsel submits that formal order has already been passed on 30.4.2025 directing Chief Medical Officer concerned for ensuring the payment to the applicants and very soon amount in question will be credited in the account of the applicants. 4. Considering the submissions of learned Standing Counsel, going through the contents of the order of the writ court as well as affidavit of compliance, this Court is of the view that order of the writ court has already been complied, therefore, no case for contempt is made out, accordingly, the same is hereby, dismissed. 5. In case, the amount in question is not credited in the account of the applicant, he may file recall application.
