This petition has been filed for review of the judgment and order dated 11.02.2025 passed in F.A.F.O.No.44 of 2021(Amrendra Bahadur Singh and Another versus Union of India). The sole argument advanced by learned counsel for the applicant is that since there was no need of money at the relevant point of time, no prayer was made in the prayer clause for onetime payment. However, this cannot be a ground for review of the order, particularly when, admittedly there is no prayer in the prayer clause. Even otherwise the judgment and order dated 11.02.2025 has been passed after hearing learned counsels for the parties and considering the grounds raised by the appellant.There is no error apparent on the face of the record, therefore,the review petition is misconceived and is,accordingly, dismissed.
