1. Heard on M.C.C. application for restoration of WPS No.1986/2021.
2. For non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 01.12.2023 passed by this Court, applicants’ appeal was dismissed on 18.01.2024 vide Registry Note.
3. Learned counsel for the applicants would submit that WPS No.1986/2021 was dismissed vide Registry Note dated 18.01.2024 in view of peremptory
order dated 01.12.2023 passed by this Court. He further submits that the said mistake was bonafide, as due to inadvertence he could not remove the DEEPTI JHA NIRALA Digitally signed by DEEPTI JHA NIRALA
2 default(s) within the stipulated period, therefore, he prays that instant MCC may be allowed.
4. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the application, which is well supported by an affidavit, instant MCC is hereby allowed.
5. Registry is directed to restore WPS No.1986/2021 {Ragini Das & Another Versus State of Chhattisgarh & others} in its original number.
