Present petition has been filed for the following relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding/directing the opposite parties Nos.2 to 4 to get removed the encroachment created by opposite party No.6 to 14 over the land over the land Gata No.193, 196, 184M, 186M, 105/1413, 1396, 1382, 1377, 982М гecorded as Charagah and Gata 587M recorded as Banjar, situated in Village Sarawan and Gata No.433 recorded as Banjar situated in Village Chakloharahar, Pargana and Tehsil Sadar, District Raebareli, in accordance with law, within time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice." 2. Considering the prayer made, as the petitioner has an efficacious remedy of moving an application under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file an appropriate application. 3.
