The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in trying to dispossess the petitioner temple from land admeasuring an extent of Ac.0.45 cents in Sy.No.42/1 of Gavarayyakoneru H/o:Chepuru Village, Tuni Mandal, East Godavari District, without issuing notice or following due process of law. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and Sri Yerraguntla Koteswara Rao, learned counsel for Respondent Nos.4 & 6. 3. While ordering notice, this Court by order dated 29.05.2020, directed the respondents to maintain status quo obtained as on that date. The said interim order is subsisting as on today. 4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue placed on record the written instructions dated 22.03.2025 furnished by the 3rd respondent. On perusal of the said instructions it is clear that the proposal for undertaking constructions in the subject land was dropped. The said instructions are placed on record. 3 5. In view of the same, the present writ petition is disposed of as no further orders are necessary in terms of interim order dated 29.05.2020. 6. With the above direction, the present writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
