The petitioner alleges settlement of fishery rights without an advertisement, however, the learned standing counsel has instructions to the effect that the pond in question is in the name of Fishery Department of Government of U.P. and the same has been settled through E-Bid/E-Auction as per Government Order dated 27.08.2018, therefore, the contention is misconceived. Copy of the Government Order dated 27.08.2018 has been provided to the petitioner. 3. In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for adjudication. The petitioner may verify the facts and if there is a cause for further availing remedies, he may do so as per law. 4. The petition is disposed of.
