The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is arraigned as an accused in Crime No. 45 of 2025, on the file of I Town Police Station, Visakhapatnam, for the alleged offences under Sections 69, 318(4), 88, 351(2) of the BNS Act. 2. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case, and that the 2nd respondent was in a relationship with the petitioner. Furthermore, there are several digital payments made by the petitioner to the 2nd respondent. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted copies of the digital payment records from October 2023 onwards, made periodically to the 2nd respondent. 3. It is further submitted that the 2nd respondent has a habit of implicating individuals in false cases and she herself facing cases, namely Crime Nos.342 of 2020 and 582 of 2021, which are pending on the file of Muvvalapadu Police Station. 4. Considering the submissions made, though the allegations have been made in the complaint, this Court is inclined to direct the Station House Officer, I Town Police Station, Visakhapatnam, to complete the investigation without taking any coercive steps against the petitioner.
