Present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS thereby commanding the opp. Parties specially the opp. Party No. 2 to 4 to remove the illegal encroachment of the opp. party no. 6 & 7 from the land gata No. 2089Mi/ 3.1410 hec. which his recorded as Gramsabha land in the revenue record situated at village Sakraura Gramin, pargana Gwarich, Tehsil Colonelganj, District Gonda with immediate effect. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS thereby commanding the opp. party No. 2 to 4 to ensure the recovery of amount of Rs. 1,72,75,500/- from the opp. party No. 6&7 and also take appropriate and strict action against them in pursuance of the order dated 20.09.2004 passed by the Board of Revenue Uttar Pradesh." 3. Considering the fact that the proceedings for removal of encroachment have already been concluded, present petition is disposed off with direction that the proceedings which have already been concluded shall be executed in accordance with law unless there is any interim order passed by any competent Court of law.
