The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 34/2025 arising out of Hiranpur P.S. On the pretext of marriage, petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix, who is a major lady. Later on, petitioner refused to marry her. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
