The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the opposite party no. 1, Civil Judge (J.D.) Court No. 13, Barabanki to decide the interim injunction application under Order 39 Rule 1 CPC in Original Suit No. 552 of 2021, CNR No. UPBB060007522021 (ASV Infrazone Private Limited Vs. Lal Bahadur and another) in the light of letter dated 16.08.2017 bearing No. C.L. No. 24/Admin "G-II" dated 16.08.2017 Allahabad issued by this Hon'ble Court within a stipulated time." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
