Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned State Counsel representing the State-respondents. 2. By means of this petition, petitioners seek inclusion of period spent on training towards their service. Further they have prayed for a direction to opposite parties to fix the pay of the petitioners at appropriate stage after granting the Second Promotional Pay Scale after taking into consideration of training period for calculation of 14 years. 3. The issue raised in this petition is no more res integra as the same stands concluded by this Court, vide its judgment and order dated 09.05.2012, passed in Writ petition No. 2175(SS) of 2012 as affirmed by the Division Bench of this Court on 20.01.2016 in Special Appeal Defective No. 715 of 2012. 4. Accordingly, this writ petition is also disposed of finally with the direction to the respondents to give benefits to the petitioners of the judgment and order dated 09.05.2012, passed in Writ Petition No. 2175(SS) of 2012, Head Constable Dinesh Kumar Mishra and others Vs. State of U.P. and others as affirmed by the Division Bench of this Court by means of Judgment and order dated 20.01.2016, passed in Special Appeal Defective No. 715 of 2012.
