Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Ashwani Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondent. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging an order dated 02.12.2024, whereby the application filed by respondent was withdrawn. It was stated that the application has become infructuous. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners argues that on the earlier occasion also, similarly the S.A. was got dismissed as having become infructuous and the petitioner is being subjected to multiple litigations at the instance of the respondent. 4. Considering the fact that the order impugned merely records that the petition filed has become infructuous, I do not see any reason to interfere under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. 5.
