Hon'ble Om Prakash Shukla,J. Personal affidavit has been filed by the District Magistrate, Bahraich, which is taken on record. Heard. As per the personal affidavit filed today, the impugned order has been withdrawn by the District Magistrate, as was offered by her on the earlier date, i.e. 27.3.2025, and She is proceeding to file a petition seeking review of the judgment. In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for adjudication, specially as the petitioner has filed an application for withdrawal. Of course, we had proposed to consider initiation of suo motu contempt proceedings, but considering withdrawal of the impugned order we say no more on that aspect, but the District Magistrate should take care in future, and not pass any order in the teeth of any order of the High Court.
