Crl.M.P.No.369 of 2016 is filed under Section 216 of Cr.P.C. seeking to frame an additional charge for the offence punishable under Section 13(2) read with Section 13 (1)(d) of P.C. Act. 3. As seen from the eCourt case status, the C.C.No.5 of 2016 was disposed on 19.10.2018. 4.
