This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 04.03.2025, lodged at Police Station - Kotwali City, District- Hardoi at Case Crime/FIR No.152 of 2025 for the offence under Sections 69 and 89 of B.N.S., 2023 contained in Annexure 1 to this writ petition. 4. Petitioner is also present in Court. 5. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioner on instructions of his client prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings before any other Court as permissible under law. 6.
