D.) North Court No. 31, Sultanpur to decide the application under order 39 Rule 1 C.P.C. (4Ga-2) No.1) (Annexure and Application under Section 151 C.P.C. dated 30.5.2024 (23K-2) (Annexure No. 2) pending in Vs. Regular Suit No. 52 of 2020 Jokhu Ram Vs. Sudhir Kumar within stipulated time." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
