The petitioner alleges utilization of excess land than what had been acquired forming part of Gata No. 310 situated in Village MAya Bhikhi, Tehsil Sadar, District Ayodhya for construction of four lane Maya Bazar bypass. 3. Counsel for the petitioner says that after filing of this petition on the complaint under the Integrated Grievance Redressal System, the Lekhpal has submitted a report that excess land has been utilized. He has placed copy of the same which is taken on record. 4. Let the opposite parties no. 2 and 4 get the facts verified, consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in this regard at the earliest, say, within three weeks of receipt of a certified copy of this order. It is open for the petitioner to bring the report of Lekhpal or such other documents as may be in his possession in the knowledge of the opposite parties no. 2 and 4. 5.
