Use and occupation charges in the case at hand have been deposited in the Registry of this Court. The amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court alongwith interest accrued thereupon is ordered to be released in favour of the applicants. The amount be remitted to the bank account, details whereof have been given in para 5 of the application subject to proper verification.

The present appellant Anil Verma and proforma respondent No.2 Sunil Verma have furnished undertakings during the course of the proceedings. The same are taken on record. By virtue of the aforesaid undertakings given by both Anil Verma and Sunil Verma they agree that they would vacate the premises in question on or before 15th November, 2026.

In the undertakings, it is further categorically stated that use and occupation charges at the rate of Rs.5000/- per month shall be paid till 31st December, 2025 and thereafter from 1st January, 2026 to 15th November, 2026, the use and occupation charges shall be paid on or before 15th of every month at the rate of Rs.7500/- P.M. It is made clear that if the aforesaid undertakings given in this Court are violated, then appropriate action (contempt proceedings) shall be taken against the erring individuals.

In view of the aforesaid, the petition stands disposed of, so also, the pending miscellaneous applications if any.
