To direct the opposite party no. 1, Civil Judge (J.D.) Court No. 13, Barabanki to decide the interim injunction application under Order 39 Rule 1 CPC in Original Suit No. 553 of 2021, CNR No. UPBB060007542021 (Renu Pandey Vs. Nandkishore Rawat) in the light of letter dated 16.08.2017 bearing No. C.L. No. 24/Admin "G-II" dated 16.08.2017 Allahabad issued by this Hon'ble Court within a stipulated time." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
