To direct the opposite party no. 1, Civil Judge (J.D.) North Court No. 25, Sultanpur to decide the Misc. Case No. 11 of 2024, Jokhu Ram Vs. Mahendra Prasad and others, within stipulated time." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending misc. case with all expedition, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
