The Court made the following Order:
1. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the respondent No.4 in not registering a case against respondent Nos.5 to 7, despite a representation being made to the respondents.
2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 submits that the police have conducted a preliminary investigation on the complaint received from the petitioner and found that the petitioner and unofficial respondent Nos.5 to 7 have civil disputes relating to construction work, which ought to be redressed before the competent Court.
3. It is further submitted that the petitioner, on 03.02.2025, also informed the Investigating Officer in writing that the petitioner intends to work out his remedies before the Court of law.
4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed off, leaving it open for the petitioner to take steps in accordance with the provisions of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, (for short, “BNSS”). There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
