Suitable direction, commanding the Civil Judge (S.D.), Court No. 15, District Sultanpur to decide the application bearing No. 6-C2, moved Under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 C.P.C. along with Regular Suit bearing no.618/2024 instituted by petitioners/plaintiff on 03.08.2024 respectively on the next date fixed, contained as Annexure No. 1, to this petition." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
