This is the petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for direction to the respondent no.2 to take necessary action on the Office Memorandum dated 03.07.2023, issued by the then Chairman, Power Transmission Corporation of Uttarakhand Limited on the petitioner’s complaint made under whistle blower policy for withdrawing regular full 2025:UHC:575 2 salary while giving 75 percent attendance at the law college being in service without taking permission from the Government. 2. Heard Mr. Ramji Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. C.S. Rawat, learned counsel for the respondent no.1, Mr. Anil Dabral, learned Addl. C.S.C. for the respondent no.2 and Mr. Vinay Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent no.3. 3. Mr. Ramji Srivastava, Advocate, submitted that the petitioner sent reminders dated 16.07.2023 and 17.07.2023 to the respondent no.2 to initiate action as per Office Memorandum dated 03.07.2023. He has requested to decide the present writ petition by directing the respondent no.2 to take action as per Office Memorandum dated 03.07.2023 (annexure no.1 to the writ petition) as expeditiously as possible. 4. Mr. C.S. Rawat, Advocate, and Mr. Anil Dabral, Advocate, have sought six weeks’ time to take necessary action on the said Office Memorandum dated 03.07.2023. 5. With the consent of both the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.2 to take necessary action on the Office 2025:UHC:575 3 Memorandum dated 03.07.2023 (annexure no.1 to the writ petition) as expeditiously as possible but not later than six weeks from the date of production of the certified copy of this order. 6.
