Heard learned counsel for the parties and peruse the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and direct the respondent no.3 to made a enquiry and about the Khasara No. 679 of the petitioner land and also direct the revenue authority to correct the Khatauni after completion of full and final enquiry." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that relief claimed by the petitioner cannot be granted in a wit jurisdiction. Petitioner can move an application for correction of revenue records in accordance with the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere with the order. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate application for correction of revenue records as provided under the provisions of U.P.
