The petitioner who is in custody since 20.10.2022 in connection with Bankmore P.S. Case No. 267 of 2022 corresponding to S.T. No. 130 of 2023 for the offence registered under Sections 326, 302, 120B and 344 of the IPC pending in the Court of learned ADJ – VI, Dhanbad. 3. Earlier this bail application of the petitioner was rejected on merit and the present bail application is being renewed on the ground that two of the co-accused have been granted bail. 4. Learned APP has opposed the bail application of the petitioner and submits that the case is at the stage of argument. 5.
