The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding the opposite party no.2 to 5 to construct a paved (Pukka) road by marking the way for movement in front of the petitioner's house so that she does not face any problem in future for going out. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding the opposite party no.2 to 5 to take legal action against the opposite party no.6 and 7 for illegal plotting and blocking of the road and restrain them from raising any kind of construction on the road." 3. Learned Standing Counsel based upon instructions states that the property, on which the construction is sought, are private properties. 4. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to invoke the remedy as prescribed under the U.P. Revenue Code for demarcation or for removal of the encroachment as may be advised under law. 5. In case such proceedings are initiated, the same shall be decided expeditiously and in accordance with law.
