Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that for dispute in regard to plot No.940, Writ-C No.1000793 of 2001 is pending consideration. He further submits that the respondents are proceeding to construct cow shelter on the same plot, which is under dispute in the pending writ petition referred hereinabove. He further submits that in regard to the said fact, he has represented the matter before the respondent No.1 vide representation dated 5.3.2025, which is lying pending consideration. He submits that in case direction is issued to the respondent No.1 to pass appropriate order on his representation, justice would be met. 3. In view of facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the respondent No.1 to consider and pass appropriate order on the representation of the petitioner dated 5.3.2025 in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
