THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION NO.8251 of 2025 ORDER: 1. The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the Respondent authorities in not releasing the amount of Rs.4,71,897/- payable to the Petitioner even after finalizing the bills in relation to work vide Work Order Rc.No.A/9/2022/Infra, dated 17.05.2022, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. At the time of hearing, learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent- Municipality passed on the instructions signed by the Commissioner, Atmakur Municipality, wherein the work done by the Petitioner was not disputed and admitted to pay the amount due to the Petitioner whenever the funds released. 3. As there is no dispute regarding the execution of work and the amounts due to the Petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of, at the stage of admission, with the consent of both sides counsel, with the following direction: (i) The Respondent authorities are directed to pay the amount due to the Petitioner within a period of four (4) months from today. 4. No order as to costs. 5.
