The petitioner through this petition has prayed for the following main relief:- "i. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus, commanding the opposite parties for making payment the tune of Rs.106865.00 (Rupees One Lakhs Six Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Five) pertaining to year 2015-16 while the petitioner was posted as constable 1260 Civil Police and head constable 174 Civil Police in the year 2015-2016 in District Jhansi and had made travel during course of his duty." After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer to the extent that the representation of the petitioner dated 13.2.2025, which is on record as Annexure-6, may be directed to be decided by respondents, however, learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn attention of the Court towards RTI information, annexed at page 35 of the paper book, which shows that the payment of traveling allowance is pending approval at the level of Police Headquarter and State Government and as soon as the sanction is granted the petitioner shall be paid. In view of the above, and without entering into merit of the case, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move appropriate representation to the respondents within two weeks' from today. If the petitioner submits a representation, the respondents shall decide the same within six weeks' thereafter, by passing a speaking and reasoned order.
