The petitioner was allotted a commercial plot bearing Plot No. C.P. 209 situated at Viraj Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, in an auction held in November 2022, being the highest bidder. He had bid of an amount of Rs. 5,97,66,329.00. He deposited only about Rs. 39 lacs, that too in 2022. Thereafter he did not deposit any money. Now, he has come before the court saying that payment be rescheduled. This is not a matter for interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, especially as on being asked as to whether the petitioner is ready to deposit the due amount in one go within 10 days, he is not ready to do so.
