Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel on the basis of instruction informs the Court that claim of the petitioner had been rejected under the Mukhyamantri Kisan Evam Sarvhit Beem Yojna on 20.12.2019 on the ground that the deceased was murdered and therefore, his case is not covered under the Scheme, however, he does not have the decision. 3. Shri Raj Bux Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State shall obtain the decision and provide it to the learned counsel for the petitioner within three days.
