Present petition has been filed for the following reliefs: "1. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no.2 to re-constitute a committee for the inquiry of anomalies in the election of Fair Price Shop Agent for Village Panchayat Thal Khurd, Block Ramnagar, District Barabanki. 2. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties especially the opposite party no.2 to reconstitute a committee for open meeting for the re- election of Fair Price Shop Agent in Village Panchayat Thal Khurd, Block Ramnagar, District Barabanki." 3. Considering the fact that the issues raised have already been agitated before the District Magistrate through an application dated 07.03.2025, present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file a fresh application before District Magistrate, Barabanki who shall look into the affairs and take action in accordance with law.
