The instant petition has been preferred seeking following main relief:- "I. Issue an order or direction commanding the opposite party no. 2 to dispose of the Case bearing Case No. C202308000001878 under section 207 of U. P. Revenue Code, (Dileep Kumar Mishra Vs Parmeshwar and Ors), pending before him since 16/12/2023." Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case and period of pendency of the case in issue, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Authority concerned to consider and decide the Case No. C202308000001878 (Dileep Kumar Mishra Vs. Parmeshwar and Ors.) filed under Section 207 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 most expeditiously after affording full opportunity of hearing to the parties to the litigation and without granting unnecessary adjournment to either party, say within a period of six months from the next date fixed in the case, if there is no other legal impediment in this regard. It is made clear that the Court has not examined the case of either party on merits and the Authority concerned shall be free to decide the matter strictly in accordance with law.
