He submits that the judgment indicated therein also does not apply in present facts and circumstances of the case. Since the impugned order dated 19.02.2025 has been passed indicating it to having been passed while learned counsel for the applicant was absent, present review petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application seeking recall/ restoration of the order dated 19.02.2025.
