The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: “It is, therefore, humbly prayed that this Hon’ble Court be pleased to quash the FIR and set the petitioner free in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the present matter no longer survives for consideration, inasmuch as this Court, vide order dated 29.07.2024 in CRMP No. 1995 of 2024, had already dealt with the issue. The petitioner thereafter, preferred SLP (Crl.) No. 11900 of 2024 before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, which came to be dismissed on 29.04.2025. It is further submitted that the trial in the present case is already in progress, and therefore, nothing remains to be adjudicated herein. 4.
