Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos.1 to 5. The petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following main relief:- "i. A writ, order or direction in the nature of 'Mandamus' commanding to the respondents to immediately process the petitioner's application and consider her for the post of Anganwadi Worker in accordance with the recruitment policy advertisement dated 14.03.2024 bearing letter no.1189/ जज० कक० अजध०/ बक०वव० परर०/ववजकवपत/2023-24. ii)....... (iii)......" Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the scheduled caste candidate and is eligible for being appointed on the post of Aganwadi worker. She has also given representation on 25.2.2025 to the District Programme Officer, Shravasti but the same has not been considered at all. Learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer to the extent that the representation of the petitioner dated 25.2.2025, which is on record as Annexure-3, may be directed to be decided by respondent no.5. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to this innocuous prayer. Perused the record. Considering the above and without entering into merit of the case, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move a fresh representation to respondent no.5 i.e. District Programme Offieer, Bal Vikas, District Shravasti within two weeks' from today. If the petitioner submits a fresh representation, the respondent no.5 shall decide the same within four weeks' thereafter, by passing a speaking and reasoned order.
