Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.
2. The petitioner has questioned the suspension
order dated 23.12.2024 marked at Annexure-C and has also sought prayer to quash the charge sheet dated 23.12.2024 marked at Annexure-B. This order suspending the employee is an appealable order.

3. In terms of the law laid down by the Apex Court in the case of UNION OF INDIA AND ANOTHER v.
KUNISETTY SATYANARAYANA reported in (2006) 12 SCC 28, the charge sheet cannot be questioned.
4. This court has perused the contents of charge sheet. The charge sheet is based on evidence alleged to have been collected by the Management. The defence of the petitioner is to be established during the course of the enquiry.
5. Under these circumstances, the petition is not maintainable. Hence, writ petition is dismissed.
6. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file an appeal challenging the order of suspension. If an appeal is filed, the same shall be considered as expeditiously as possible without being influenced by any of the observations made in the present petition.
7. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
