This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue an Writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the highhanded action of the 3rd respondent in interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners land an extent of Ac. 50.10 acres in Survey No. 42 of Kanthalacheruvu, Yadamari Mandal, Chittoor District is as illegal, arbitrary highhanded and without jurisdiction and violation of Article 14, 21 and 300-A of constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession of the land an Ac. 50.10 acres in Survey No. 42 of Kanthalacheruvu, Yadamari mandal, Chittoor District belonging to the petitioner and pass…”
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the respondent- police are not interfering in the matter in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
