Das for the petitioner Krishna Kanta Gogoi who has filed this application under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with prayer for pre-arrest bail as he is apprehending arrest in Page No.# 2/2 connection with PRC Case No. 178/2025 pending in the court of learned SDJM(S), Dibrugarh, corresponding to Duliajan Police Station Case No. 75/2024 under Sections 457/326/294/34 of the IPC read with Section 307 of the IPC. 2. Heard Mr. P. Bordoloi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam. 3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that charge-sheet has been laid against the petitioner showing him as absconder under Sections 457/326/294/34 of the IPC read with Section 307 of the IPC. 4. It is submitted that the petitioner is willing to co-operate with the trial but he is hesitant to approach the Jurisdictional court as he has been shown as absconder. 5. I have considered the submission that the petitioner is willing to co-operate with the trial. 6. Thereby, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Jurisdictional Court/Elaka Magistrate within 15 days and apply for bail which may be considered by the Court in accordance with law.
